"Scott was very nice to work with, and I was glad to pay his reasonable fee to repair our furnace. Even though the problem related to our shoddy furnace maintenance habits, he didn't toot his own horn or make sure that we felt stupid for not having the work done sooner. He thoroughly explained other issues he found with our humidifier and aging hot water heater, but never once suggested that he needed to be the one to do the work, nor did he leave me with a false sense of urgency about what needs to happen to keep our heating, cooling, and hot water closet in good repair.
I will gladly call him for future work, and appreciate his attention to detail and professional disposition.

"Our blower motor went out on our forced air furnace. He was professional and did the job in just a few hours. It's been almost two months since he completed the work and it's working perfectly still. He provided an estimate before starting the repair and he completed it within that estimate - no bait and switch scams. The only thing I might add is that he doesn't appear to have an assistant to take calls. It appears he handles all aspects of the business so you may need to leave a message to get a call back.
